Sean McCarroll has been working in the construction industry for over 15 years, starting with college rental turnovers and working into top-down renovations on residential properties. Before working full time in construction, McCarroll was a high school educator and department head with two postgraduate degrees in leadership. He brings organizational management, project management, and interpersonal skills that aide in the planning and construction process.
