LATHRUP VILLAGE, MI
This house had an old, drafty Florida room that had a leaking flat roof causing structural damage. We tore the entire thing down, installed helical piers to shore up a sinking foundation, and built a new addition with a vaulted ceiling to prevent any future leakage. This new space added an extra 200 square feet to the home, and now serves as a space that can be enjoyed year-round.
